We ensures that your IT Infrastructure is always available for your business. Our policy is a proactive approach in line with the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) framework to ensure our quality of service.
Crystal Tec has a pool of experienced IT Engineers to look after your IT Infrastructure and quickly troubleshoot any issues to lessen the impact of downtime to your business.
We have a 24/7 Helpdesk to take your call anytime (including after hours, weekends and public holidays) and provide you with the first level of support, with our IT Engineers on standby to attend to escalated critical issues.
Backup Administration – Critical to your business risk reduction and disaster recovery, we ensure that backups are successfully executed and can be restored whenever the need arises so that your hotel is up and running again and downtime is minimized.
We will review your current ICT security policy and provide you with recommendations, as well as provide you with monthly reporting on the state of your IT Infrastructure.

- Business Application vendors – For application specific concerns like Accounting, Stock Control, Property Management, and personnel time management software – we will work with all vendors to address your concerns.
